Subscription & Membership Program FAQ

Q: When will I be billed for my subscription?

A: After the initial October 1st charge, you’ll be billed on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month.

Q: What if I sign up in the middle of a month?

A: If you sign up after the 1st of the month, your first charge will be prorated. You’ll only pay for the remaining days in that month.

Q: How does prorating work?

A: We divide the monthly fee by 30 (assuming a 30-day month in this example) and charge you only for the remaining days in the month. For example, if you sign up on the 10th, you’ll be charged for 20 days. This is regardless of the number of classes or social skates left in the month.

Q: Can I upgrade my subscription?

A: Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The cost difference will be prorated for the remainder of the current month.

Q: What if I want to downgrade my subscription?

A: You can downgrade your subscription, but the change will take effect at the start of the next billing period (the 1st of the following month).

Q: How do cancellations work?

A: You can cancel at any time, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. There are no refunds for partial months.

Q: Is there a commitment period?

A: There’s no long-term commitment. You’re only committed to the current month you’ve paid for.

Q: Can I pay for my subscription with cash?

A: No, we don’t accept cash for subscriptions. All payments are processed through our online system.

Q: Can I switch between different packages?

A: Yes, you can switch between packages. Upgrades will be prorated and take effect immediately, while downgrades will take effect at the next billing cycle.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?

A: No, the price you see for each package is the total amount you’ll be charged each month. There are no additional or hidden fees.
